Construction Project Experience
Oilfield and Energy Construction
CPF3 3rd Train Installation
The scope of work consisted of mobilized heavy lifting and “bull rigging” within an operational facility by offloading and installing new vessels and a module.
Replacement (FS3 TAR)
The scope of work consisted of the replacement of the CHD line from the flare back to the crude oil metering skid, which included replacing an 8” overhead SS line in modules and through multiple utilidors.
Alaska Methane Hydrate Project
The scope of work consisted of the construction of a methane hydrate production facility, which included setting foundations; fabricating and hydrotesting piping; lifting and setting of pipe racks, 12 tanks, 10 modules (including two Capstone turbine modules); and installing 3 thermal evaporators (each weighing 70,000 lbs) and piping.
DS2N Temporary Receiver Install
The scope of work consisted of the fabrication and installation of a temporary 24” diameter pig receiver.
Nikaitchuq Turnaround
The scope of work consisted of verification and testing the integrity of 11 vessels and 1 tank; replaced heating medium and modified piping; installed SDVs; and repaired ESP Drive, breakers, flare pilots, electrical switchgear, and pipe rack mounted 5kV ESP splice boxes.
DS1L Chemical Injection Tank Install
The scope of work consisted of the installation of a chemical injection tank, which included drilling, setting, and slurry of 4 Tank Piles and 8 Bollards; constructing tank containment; setting of 12,000-gallon stainless steel tank; and procuring, fabricating, and installing tank fill line and pump suction line.
Mobile Remediation System
The scope of work consisted of electrical work for a mobile remediation system to clean up PFAS-contaminated soil.
Pipeline Construction
Trans-Alaska Pipeline System
Our team has provided construction and maintenance for over 50 years.
GMT1 pipelines and power fiber installation
GM1 project consisted of approximately 32 miles of pipelines, consisting of 6”, 8”, 14” and 20” pipelines), which included hydro-testing, VSMs, power, fiber, and messenger cable. GMT2 project consisted of approximately 35 miles of pipelines, consisting of 6”, 8”, 14” and 20” pipelines, which included hydro-testing, VSMs, power, fiber, and messenger cable.
Cook Inlet Pipe Cross Inlet Extension Project
The scope of work included over 11 miles of subsea pipelines, a combination of 8” and 10” for oil and gas, and 5 miles of buried onshore 10” pipelines, including a cathodic protection (CP) well, fiber optic cable, and CP test stations.
NGI Pipelines Rehabilitation
The scope of work consisted of 4 pipelines for gas injection and 1 natural gas liquid (NGL) pipeline and associated headers.
Construction of 22 miles of 8” natural gas below-grade pipeline
The scope of work consisted of a survey, right-of-way (ROW) clearing, trenching, pipeline installation, 15 directional bores, brush pigging, gauge plate pigging and hydrotesting, back filling, and hydroseeding.
